This two part case study describes the initial implementation of The São Paulo Anti Tobacco Law was passed in 2009 and an update on the continued implementation of the law 10 years after it's passing, describing successes, challenges, lessons learned, and ongoing development of implementation. Two documents are available for download, the initial case study report after one year of implementation (2010) and the 10 year implementation check in case study (2019). Documents are available in Portuguese.
