By commemorating World TB Day on 24th March, we help to raise awareness about the devastating impact of TB, which remains one of the world’s deadliest infectious diseases.

We believe we will only make progress in ending TB if we are led by the science – and if we communicate new knowledge clearly and effectively. We wanted to use this occasion to highlight selected recent papers published in the IJTLD – and invite you to join the growing audience of researchers, clinicians and healthcare workers reading the journal.

Our coverage includes TB, COVID-19, respiratory diseases such as asthma and COPD, along with the hazards of tobacco and air pollution.
