On 26 May Union to present ‘3P project’ at WHA side event: Ending TB in the Sustainable Development Agenda

Tomorrow, at 12:30PM CEST, The Union will participate with the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Department of Health, Republic of South Africa, in a World Health Assembly side meeting: Ending TB in the Sustainable Development Agenda.

Tomorrow, Friday 26 May, 12:30PM CEST, The International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union) will participate with the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Department of Health, Republic of South Africa, in a World Health Assembly side meeting: Ending TB in the Sustainable Development Agenda.

The event, which will take place in Room VII, Palais des Nations, will bring together experts to discuss critical high-level events accelerating progress towards the End TB strategy and the urgent need for tuberculosis (TB) investment. The Union will present at the meeting the ‘3P Project’, a new and innovative funding and incentive mechanism for the development of drugs and treatments for TB.
