The 2017 conference will be held in Guadalajara, Mexico, from 11-14 October 2017, and focus on the theme 'Accelerating Toward Elimination.'

Further information

The Union is committed to promoting person-centred, non-stigmatising language in all abstracts and presentations and we therefore request that you follow the guidance laid out in United to end TB: every word counts (PDF)

New or less experienced researchers are invited to work with The Union’s Abstract Mentor Programme. This programme provides mentorship for participants by linking individuals with limited experience writing and submitting abstracts with an experienced researcher or implementer. The programme is open to anyone and is completely independent of the abstract review and selection process. Read the abstract submission guidelines for more information.
