Director of Business Development

The Director of Business Development is a senior leadership role responsible for driving resource mobilisation strategies to support programmes and initiatives focused on lung health and tuberculosis. This individual will cultivate relationships with philanthropies, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and strategic partners, ensuring sustainable funding streams. The Director will work closely with staff members on the corporate sponsorship/fundraising and the development and grants coordination, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s mission and objectives.

Chief Science Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to lead our technical departments and align the scientific strategy across TB, lung diseases and anti-tobacco research at The Union.

The Chief Science Officer will work closely with the Executive Director to develop and deliver on a strategy for The Union that is in line with The Union’s strategic goals and defined by the Board of Directors representing The Unions’ Membership.
